Bias Incident Report
Faculty, staff, students and visitors are encouraged to report all crimes and public safety-related incidents to the Knox College Department of Campus Safety and the Galesburg Police Department in a timely manner. Anonymous Reporting permits the reporting party to make a confidential report online without revealing the identity of the reporting party. The confidential process permits the reporting party to maintain confidentiality/anonymity while documenting the incident. Incident Report Form

Counseling Services
Your emotional wellness is important to us. That's why confidential counseling is available free of charge to all enrolled Knox students. This is an opportunity for you to talk with an objective professional about your feelings and concerns, we are here to help. Counseling Services staff remains up-to-date regarding legislation/laws that might impact students who are undocumented or DACA-mented. Your right to privacy is fully protected, and counseling is strictly confidential as provided by law. If you want personal information supplied to a psychologist or Knox official, a release form must be signed. Counseling records are not a part of your academic record. Counseling Services

Health Services
Knox College provides primary health care services to all registered students. There is no additional cost to see a nurse practitioner or registered nurse. Health Services

Disability Services
Students requesting accommodations are directed to the Office of Disability Services, whose professional staff will document the nature of the disability, determine the ways in which it impedes access to the educational experience, and coordinate an appropriate modification or adjustment to ensure access.
