The newest members of the Knox College community have moved onto campus and are getting to know their new home.
Many first-year and transfer students arrived at Knox on September 9, 2021, while others came a bit earlier to participate in athletics, international new student orientation, the SPARK and TRIO bridge programs, and other activities.
Before the first day of classes on September 13, the new students are participating in New Student Orientation, where they will get to know their classmates, meet faculty and staff, learn how to navigate the campus, understand how learning happens at Knox, and explore their new home of Galesburg, Illinois.
The new students said they’re eager to start classes, make new friends, and learn their way around campus and Galesburg. Read below to find out what a few of them had to say.
