Favorite Class: My favorite class I've taken at Knox is Examining the Anthropocene taught by William Hope. The readings really opened my mind, especially 'Mushroom at the End of the World' by Anna Tsing. We cultivated our own Oyster Mushrooms and planned our own rain gardens around campus. It was a really hands on and experiential class while still being discussion based and intellectual.
