Before you start thinking about whether you need a poster or a video, news coverage or an email blast, it helps us to understand your strategic priorities. Every project begins with five simple questions:

Some projects take longer to complete than others. To get the best results, we recommend that you contact us at least six to eight weeks in advance.
We also recognize that life at Knox moves fast, and sometimes you don't have the information you need six weeks in advance. Contact us, anyway. If necessary, we'll help you come up with Plan B.
