What is the best place to eat in Galesburg?

There are so many great food options in Galesburg! But Innkeepers and Budde’s are 2 must haves when I’m back on campus.

Who has the office with the best candy, snacks, coffee, or tea?

The snack table in Advancement cannot be beat!

What TV show, series, movie, or book do you recommend or are you watching right now?

I’m currently binge-reading anything by Freida McFadden that I can get my hands on. I love a good psychological thriller! Also, re-reading The Savvy Ally. 
I have a lot of ‘comfort shows’ I keep on rotation- The Office, Schitt’s Creek, and Seinfeld for sure. 

What are your goals for Staff Council?

 I hope to be a resource for my co-workers to reach out to if they have concerns or ideas about how to make Knox the best it can be for our whole community.

Where can we find you on campus?

I live near Kansas City, MO and work remotely, so you’ll likely catch me on Zoom. But, when I’m on campus, you can find me in the Office of Advancement in SMC.
