Since I started in the depths of COVID-19, it still feels like I’m new to the community in some ways. Participating in Staff Council has given me another source of connection to colleagues outside of my day-to-day work at Knox.

My go-to restaurant of choice is probably Cielitos Cafe, but I don’t shy away from any good food!
The office with the best candy/snacks is probably the Office of Student Development!
-TV show series I am watching now - The Rookie or any police/medical drama
-I’m listening to the podcast Dungeons and Daddies and laughing every episode
-I’m also reading Connect: Building Exceptional Relationships with Family, Friends, and Colleagues
I see staff members interacting with Staff council members through different events held throughout the academic year and engaging with our form asking questions or raising concerns. I encourage my colleagues to reach out to their staff council representatives!
I am on the main floor of Seymour Union as soon as you walk in the main doors and just before the stairs.
