Pre-Health Ambassadors are leaders within the pre-health community at Knox. They host information sessions, programs and workshops, and provide insights and guidance to current pre-health students.
Pre-health Ambassador
Cynthia (any pronouns) is a first-year majoring in biology and minoring in Spanish. She is interested in rural medicine and her favorite pre-health experience was shadowing in an emergency department.
Pre-health Ambassador
Jonealya (she/her) is a sophomore majoring in chemistry and minoring in French. She is interested in getting an MD in either medicine or dentistry. Her favorite pre-health experience was participating in a shadowing trip to Macomb her first-year.

Aiden (he/him) is a sophomore majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry. He is interested in general surgery and his favorite pre-health experience was shadowing surgeons through Graham Canton.
Pre-health Ambassadors
Rutu Mungara (she/her) is a first-year biology major, CS and neuroscience minor, on the pre-medical track. One of her favourite pre-health experiences was tabling at a local primary school where she talked about science with kids and encouraged them to explore more!
Richter Ambassadors are current Knox students who have significant experience applying for and receiving Richter research and creative work awards. They support current students with their Richter grant applications.
Richter Ambassador - Humanities / Music
Brandon is a 5th-year student majoring in history and educational studies. His favorite Richter-funded experiences are traveling to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore to present his work at a humanities conference, and purchasing an unconscionable quantity of books.

Richter Ambassador - STEM
Hannah is a senior at Knox, majoring in biochemistry and minoring in Spanish. For her favorite Richter-funded project, she was able to shadow in a laboratory at the University of Minnesota!

Richter Ambassador - Arts / Social Sciences
Teagan is a 5th-year student, majoring in anthropology & sociology and studio art. Some of her favorite Richter-funded experiences include learning about bioregional herbalism, painting a mural at the Knox farm, and creating an art show about her connection to nature.
