Knox College provides Xfinity on Campus streaming television service to all students in on-campus housing at no charge. Additional premium channels may be purchased directly from XFinity on the XFinity portal. The basic channel lineup includes a wide variety of sports, news, music, movie channels, local stations, and on-demand content. A cloud based DVR is also included with the service. Access to the full channel lineup is available only to devices attached to the Knox College campus network. A limited subset of the full channel lineup is available when viewing off campus.
A wide variety of platforms are supported, including Roku, Roku based smart TVs, Android, and IOS via the XFinity app, which is available on app stores of supported platforms. Viewing from web browsers on MacOS and Windows based computers is also supported.
XFinity provides direct technical support for the Xfinity on Campus service. You may open a technical support ticket on the XFinity on Campus portal. The Xfinity on Campus portal may be accessed at this URL: https://www.xfinityoncampus.com/login. You may also access the XFinity portal by clicking the XFinity Knox App on the My.Knox portal.
