The College's award-winning website is a powerful tool for communicating with the institution's key audiences—prospective students, parents, alumni, students, faculty, and staff.

How We Can Help

The team of website authors includes more than 50 staff and students from across campus. We help these authors maintain content for their respective areas by helping them:

• learn how to edit and update content using our CMS through individual training sessions, and group workshops
• improve the layout, navigation and usability of their pages
• upload and format photos, forms, and documents
• plan their web communications strategy
• write clearly and effectively for the web

How You Can Help

Even with a team of authors and editors, it can be a challenge to constantly monitor thousands of pages of content. If you see a broken link or information that looks outdated or inaccurate, please don't hesitate to send the URL for the page and the issue you noticed to web@knox.edu.

If you have content that you would like to see on the site, we would be happy to work with you. While content on the website can be published quickly, it takes time to develop a strategy, write copy for the web (which is written differently than for print publications), and find supportive imagery. Please let us know about your project as far in advance as possible.
