Knox College annually tests emergency response and evacuation procedures. Throughout the year, Campus Safety, Student Development, and the Safety Committee will meet, discuss, and/or train on the College's response to a critical incident through a variety of exercises. Those efforts generally include participation in Knox County Local Emergency Planning Committee (L.E.P.C) exercises conducted annually with area emergency response agencies. Community members are encouraged to review the College's emergency response plan and evacuation procedures.
