I've been playing around with various image editing programs since I was 10 and I took a class in digital imaging in high school so I know a decent amount about Photoshop.

I enjoy meeting people and helping them however I can. Tutoring is a way for me to share knowledge and to solidify my own understanding of the subject.

I have an old dog named Bootsie. She is a half-black lab, half mystery, but we suspect she has a German shepherd and husky in her. She is very sweet whenever she is not thieving fish off the counter.

I re-read my favorite books, write in my journal, play video games, or take long walks.

What is your favorite thing about being a tutor?
Certain formulae, questions, and equations initially look intimidating; but being a tutor allows me to see people realize how intuitive some scary-looking mathematical concepts are. I know I've done enough as a tutor when I hear someone go, "That's it? That's all I had to do?"
