Pre-Health Club Hosts Holi Celebration

Holi celebration sponsored by Knox Pre-Health Club.

Clouds of colorful dust and smiles were swirling around Post Hall patio on Saturday, April 6 during Pre-Health Club's Holi celebration to help an orphanage in Migori, Kenya.

Holi, a Hindu festival of colors, is a celebration that marks the arrival of spring. Students donated $3 for charity and were given sacks of colors to throw at friends and fellow classmates during the brief flurry. The diverse group of more than 50 students darted around the patio area, chasing friends, and spreading some spring cheer after the first full week of spring term.
