For the 2019 Rootabaga Jazz Festival, held April 2–6, elementary and high school students from around Galesburg created more than 2,000 artworks depicting the vibrancy of jazz and its place in the community. The works were on display in the Round Room of the Ford Center for Fine Arts during the festival.
