Pig on the Move

Since 1952, drivers looking for a rack of ribs, brisket, or pulled pork knew where to find the Rib Shack by the towering neon-lit pig smiling a welcome on Henderson Street. The building is now a boarded-up shell, but the sign—and restaurant—live on, moving eight miles north of town at the new Rib Shack on Route 150 in the former Kozy Inn.
