Your Knox email address and a temporary password are now available. The following information explains how to access these new credentials, update your password, and log into My.Knox (the College’s student portal.)
First, click on this link to access your Pre-Arrival Tracker. Once you’ve logged in, find the To-Do List section of the dashboard and click on View Your To-Do List. On this list, you’ll find the Your My.Knox Credentials button. Clicking on this will direct you to a new page where you will find your Knox email and password, as well as further instructions. Keep this page open, as you will need this information later.
Next, you will need to change your password and set up your My.Knox account authenticator in order to access your My.Knox portal.

My.Knox is the College's internal news and information portal, where you can access important College information and services and utilize secure tools. In the left column, under "Knox Apps," you will find the link to your email as well as other administrative tools, like the registrar, library, and course resources.
If you have problems logging into My.Knox or changing your password, contact the Knox Help Desk at helpdesker@knox.edu or 309-341-7700. For security reasons, we cannot reset passwords via email. Password resets must be made over the phone.
