Two things are certain about going to school at Knox: you’ll want to eat and you’ll want class materials like textbooks or electronic readings. If you’re bringing a vehicle to campus (which isn’t necessary), you might want to park on campus.
Dining
Knox College Dining offers a variety of food venues for our students and the Knox community.
From the chill atmosphere of the Gizmo to the from-scratch cooking options at the Hard Knox Cafe, our dining team looks forward to serving our campus and ensuring your dining experience is delicious. Get information about dining options on campus.
Each year you’ll choose a dining plan. Click here to see the plan options available to you and then choose your dining plan in your Pre-Arrival Tracker.
The Knox Shop
The Knox Shop operates online, with a physical retail location in Seymour Union.
If you’re looking to stock up on Knox swag, there is a selection of gear, from t-shirts to license plate covers.
Students can utilize the online platform to have textbooks delivered.
The Seymour Library also offers several options for getting access to course materials. I-Share, an online resource through your My.Knox hub, can be used to borrow textbooks and other materials for class – free of charge! To learn more about everything the library offers, click here.
Parking
Campus Safety is responsible for the registration of motor vehicles that park on College property, for the issuing of parking permits, and for the enforcement of parking regulations.
Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit or decal may be subject to towing unless special arrangements have been made with Campus Safety. Anyone wishing to park a motor vehicle on College property should complete a parking application.
