Zazen is the study of the self. Join us any Wednesday in Zazen, a silent sitting meditation, and experience this for yourself. Zen knows peace with all religious doctrines and practices. All are welcome. Please wear modest, loose-fitting clothes. We have zafus; and you are welcome to bring your own.
Please come early if you'd like instructions or an introduction to the practice.
Everyone is welcome. Join us with no experience or with an occasional, or even a well-established, practice.
