Charles J. Gibbs '50, Advancement Volunteer
Charles "Chuck" Gibbs is a name long familiar to the Knox and Galesburg communities. He graduated from Galesburg High School in 1944, served in the United States Army during WWII and then came to Knox, where he earned his B.A. in 1950. Chuck has been a tireless volunteer for his hometown and alma mater ever since.

Chuck volunteered with the Community Campaign for ten years, acting as chair in 1999. He served as class agent for three years and worked on the Knox Fund Steering Committee. He has been a valued member of the National Alumni Council for eight years, and was presented a Scroll of Honor by the Knox-Lombard Fifty Year Club in 2002.

Chuck's volunteerism extends beyond the Knox campus. He has been a member of the Galesburg Community Choir since 1974, serving as president for three years, treasurer for 10, and manager for five. He worked as an election commissioner for The City of Galesburg for more than 20 years, and has served the First Presbyterian Church as a deacon, elder and trustee.

Keeping with his interest and history in athletics, Chuck was one of the founders and original board members of both the Galesburg Pioneers baseball team and the Galesburg Little League.
Bradley R. Milton '78, Alumni Relations Supporter & Technological Wizard
When Brad Milton graduated from Knox with a mathematics degree in 1978, there was no World Wide Web, Microsoft was still a pet project of young college students, and a mouse was just something that ran across the kitchen floor. Thanks to Brad's technological expertise, Knox alumni felt connected to each other and to their alma mater.

Brad founded cybeREUNION.com, which he brought to Knox College in 1997, when alumni participated in their first cyber reunion. The cyber reunion was a great success and was held again in 1998 and 1999, linking former students with professors, coaches, and friends around the world.

The class of '78 benefited further from Brad's computer skills through the use of a bulletin board and Web page he created to help build enthusiasm for their reunion.

Brad is actively involved in the Omaha Summer Arts Festival and has served on the board for eight years, executive committee for four, and as president for two.

Brad is an avid laborer for Habitat for Humanity and donates his architectural services to silent auctions for charitable organizations.

As a member of American Institute of Architects, Brad has worked with numerous children's groups as a lecturer, mentor and critic in architecture outreach programs.
Robert '58 & Louise Bost Wolf '59, Admission & Advancement Volunteers
The fact that Bob Wolf, class of '58, and Louise Bost Wolf, Class of '59, graduated from Knox in different years just means that they can attend twice as many reunions. The Wolf's love and enthusiasm for Knox College is admirable as well as contagious.
- Over the past 40 years, the Wolfs have invited Knox friends to stay at their home during homecoming weekend. Sunday Brunch in Knoxville has become part of the Homecoming Schedule.
- The Wolfs open up their home and stay in touch with current Knox students as a host family for international students. They assist the Office of Admission by recommending students, including one of their own children, Melissa Wolf, Class of '83.
- Louise has served as the class correspondent for Knox Magazine since 1999 and sits on the Alumni Council as an At-Large member. She supported the college's fundraising efforts as a member of the Knox Fund Steering Committee and served as co-chair for the Class of 1959's 45th reunion.
- Louise remains very active in Delta Delta Delta. She has served the Tri Delta chapter as an advisor and is former president of the Galesburg Delta Delta Delta alumnae group. They put Bob's gardening expertise to good use by landscaping the Tri Delt lodge, planting flowers at the Ingersol house and bulbs at the Phi Gamma Delta house.
