Fresh Check Day

Fresh Check Day is a nationwide event focused on the importance of checking in with your own mental health and wellness. Created by the Jordan Porco Foundation, Fresh Check Day is a mental health fair that is centered around suicide prevention and the promotion of mental health in general. If you are interested in learning more about Fresh Check Day as a whole, use this link to access their website. Colleges across the country regularly host their own Fresh Check Day events, which include various booths focused on providing information about mental health, how to check in with loved ones, and other organizations on their campus.
